ILG produces over 1 million cartridges annually with an efficiency rating of 98.2%. We are committed to combining leading edge technology with top-quality service and customer support. Our technical staff undergo rigorous factory training, and are STMC Certified. They keep constantly up-to-date on the latest product, quality and service innovations, delivering reliable, leak-free cartridges that provide high margins to the reseller and significant savings for the end-user.

ILG compatible cartridges are built to out-perform or equal cartridges made by the printer's manufacturer. Guaranteed. Each component is meticulously analyzed and tested to ensure the best performance. Only the highest quality materials are used.

Cassette (Shell)
ILG uses new 2-piece subassembly sets for most of our compatible cartridges. In the few cases where recycled cassettes provide higher quality, only virgin shells in top condition that have passed our quality inspection are used. (A virgin shell is one that has never been remanufactured.)

OPC (Drum)
The highest quality is not always achieved by using a new drum. ILG analyzes and tests each cartridge model using new and reconditioned drums, then makes a determination by model for the best yield and density. All our drums are analyzed using an LT777.

Toner
ILG completely removes the toner from each cartridge. We replace it with an exact amount of the finest quality blend of graphics-grade toner using high-tech filling machines that ensure each cartridge is filled to the level that will yield a minimum of 5% more page-prints than the original cartridge manufacturer's standards.

Mag Roller & PCR
ILG's secret to exceptional quality for these components is the application of a meticulously even layer of coating. ILG provides OEM-style coating with a unique state-of-the-art coating machine, developed in Belgium, which applies coating in a layer that is absolutely, precisely even.

Wiper Blade, Doctor/Charge Blades & Waste Hopper Catcher Blades
ILG carefully inspects the blades on each cartridge. If a recycled blade is used, it must be thoroughly cleaned and pass ILG's quality inspection.

Absolutely, Completely 100% Guaranteed
ILG compatible cartridges are guaranteed to EQUAL OR OUT-PERFORM cartridges from the printer's manufacturer. They are backed by an unprecedented UNLIMITED SHELF-LIFE guarantee, and are guaranteed to be 100% DEFECT-FREE.

Watch Our Video; Birth of A Toner Cartridge
Our one minute documentary video gives you a quick overview of how we make our laser printer cartridges. It turns out that it's a lot more than drilling a hole in the unit and refilling it with toner. To ensure a reliable, leak-free cartridge that won't damage your printer or rattle your nerves, the entire cartridge is taken apart, parts are replaced, and the entire unit is meticulously reassembled. Then, it's sent to our test center where we print a set of test pages with each cartridge to ensure that what you get is what you need: A unit that's safe, reliable and capable of lasting for the thousands of pages you deserve.

Because we think you deserve choice, we've given you three different options to view our video:

Highest speed (3.5mb, about three minutes download)

Highest quality (5.5mb, about five minutes download). This one looks a lot better than the first - if you can spare the five minutes, pick it).

Highest Quality, Jumbo-Size Version (8.5MB, about 8 minutes download). Got bandwidth to burn? This version is clear and twice the size of the first two. Get it if you'd really like a close look at our operation.

If you have problems seeing the movie
If you have trouble viewing the video, it's most likely because you have either the wrong version of QuickTime installed, or Microsoft Media Player. MS Media Player will try to play this video even though it won't fully understand it; the result is sound but no picture. If you're having trouble, visit the Apple QuickTime Site to download the latest QuickTime player. It will take only a few minutes, even on a modem connection.
