All invoices are due and payable within 30 days unless payment arrangements are made with our Accounts Receivable Department.

Orders normally ship same day via UPS. If our warehouse is out of stock, it could take up to a week for you to receive your order; however, we will notify you if that is the case, and you will be given an opportunity to cancel at that time. Please let your sales rep know if you have a specific date by which you want your order, and we will almost certainly be able to accommodate you.

Preparation time for orders.
If you give us your order by 2:00PM Pacific Time (5:00 PM Eastern Time), we will ship your order on the same day in most cases. Otherwise, we will ship it the next day.

We are open only on weekdays - if you issue an order Friday at 2:01 PM, we will most likely ship it on Monday.

Shipping Charges and sales tax, if applicable, are automatically computed by our system and will be shown to you before your order is finalized.
